Project Summary
Our Client would like to build a mobile application for tenants and landlords to connect and offer rental payment management.
In property management aspect, manage rental is always difficult, RentBook App aims to simplify the rental management service for tenant and landlord to assure that the rental will be paid on time.
Key Features
1. Notification
Notify the tenant to settle the monthly rent automatically for the landlord by automated notification system. Also, the notification for the contract end date for landlord to extend the contract with the tenant or prepare for the contract termination documents.
2. Payment management
Using RentBook App official payment gateways for pay and receiving payments. Also the payment integrations simplified the book keeping process for users by technology.
3. Task management
Automatically update the payment details in the transaction records, keeps track of their work & maintenance. All the records will be kept by RentBook App to prevent future dispute.
